OptQC CEO Kan Takase Briefs PM Ishiba and METI Minister Muto at G-QuAT Ceremony

At the inauguration ceremony of AIST's G-QuAT, our CEO, Kan Takase, presented our in-development optical quantum computer to Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba and Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yoji Muto.

While showing a model of the optical quantum computer, he explained the societal challenges it addresses, the unique features and future potential of the technology, and the core technologies developed by OptQC.

This visit reflects the government’s strong interest and high expectations for quantum technologies. In response, OptQC is committed to further accelerating its development efforts to meet those expectations.
