OptQC Commences Construction of Its First Commercial Optical Quantum Computer

OptQC Corp. has officially begun construction of its first commercial optical quantum computer.
The system will be installed at AIST's G-QuAT (Global Research Center for Quantum and AI-Integrated Technology Business Development), with the goal of beginning commercial operations in April 2026.
This first commercial model features a novel architecture, distinct from conventional systems, and is characterized by scalable computational capabilities.
We are also exploring integration with NVIDIA’s CUDA-Q software platform, as well as collaboration with the ABCI-Q supercomputer and support for industrial adoption through the “HIQALI” membership program.
This project is also featured in an official press release from NVIDIA — we encourage you to take a look.
We appreciate your continued interest in OptQC’s work.
