CTO Warit Asavanant Speaks at Panel Discussion Commemorating the MOU Signing Between AIST G-QuAT and Chulalongkorn University in Thailand

On Friday, July 24, 2026, Warit Asavanant, Director and CTO, spoke at the panel discussion commemorating the MOU signing ceremony for Japan-Thailand quantum technology collaboration, held at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

This event was held to mark the signing of a "Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Strengthening Cooperation for Social Implementation of Quantum Technology" between the Global Research and Development Center for Business by Quantum-AI technology (G-QuAT) at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

From our perspective as a company that has engaged with stakeholders in both Japan and Thailand, we shared the current status of Japan's quantum ecosystem and industry. Furthermore, based on our experience in development and social implementation in Japan, we engaged in active discussions with industry and academic leaders from both countries on potential collaboration toward the growth of Thailand's quantum ecosystem, use-case development, and building supply chains.

We will continue to work toward the global social implementation and technological development of quantum computing through collaboration with partners in Japan and abroad, including Thailand.
